Who we are
We are a passionate community of changemakers rooted in Kanyakwar, Kisumu West. We believe that every helping hand can uplift a life and build a stronger, more resilient future for our community.
What began in 2012 as a small initiative to support people affected by HIV has grown into a community-driven movement — one that now supports orphans, widows, and vulnerable youth through health services, education, clean water access, and economic empowerment.
Our team works closely with local leaders, volunteers, and partners to ensure that no one is left behind. From supporting school fees and organizing health outreaches to training women in business skills, our goal is to create long-term, sustainable impact across all areas of life.
